Chowbus Coupons & Deals

Chowbus gives you $10 off your first delivery, but watch the cart total. It usually requires a $20 or $25 minimum before fees kick in. Just grab a referral link from someone instead of signing up raw, then paste it in the promo box at checkout so delivery fees don't completely eat your savings.

Good luck canceling on Chowbus through the app once it's sent. The second the kitchen hits accept, the cancel button basically vanishes. Don't waste time waiting on their in-app chat either. Call the restaurant directly ASAP. If staff agree to cancel it on their tablet before cooking, Chowbus support will actually process the refund.

Chowbus loyalty isn't sitewide, which trips most people up. Points you earn at one spot only work for that specific restaurant, not across the entire app. Also, you have to manually toggle the reward at checkout under the promo tab before paying; it never applies automatically. Good savings if you're a regular, though.

Chowbus doesn’t do first-responder discounts at all—there’s no ID.me field anywhere at checkout. Honestly, your best bet is hunting down an active new-user code on Reddit or grabbing a Chowbus Plus free trial to kill the delivery fee. Otherwise, stick to in-store pickup because their tacked-on service fees get ridiculous pretty quick.
